Click “Professional
Development” link
Click “Facility for the
Submission of the
Application Requirement
for the PNPKI Digital
Certificate of DepEd
Personnel in the Field
Offices” course
Enter Enrolment key:
PNPK1_Masbate
You are now enrolled
to the course
Click “SDO Masbate”
button
Watch the “PNPKI
Application Video
Instruction for
Teachers” and “How
to Fill-up your
PNPKI Application
Form”

Then, Download the

PNPKI Form
Click “PNPKI
Questionnaire” to
bring you to the test.
Click “Attempt quiz
now”
Fill-up the correct
information match
with the
information you put
in your PNPKI
Application Form
In Organizational
Unit put: “SDO
Masbate Province –
[Name of School]”
After filling-up all
required
information, click
“Finish attempt…”
button
Check if all the
questions were
answered and Click
“Submit all and
Finish”
Confirm by clicking
“Submit all and
finish” button again.
Go back to SDO
Masbate Activity,
Then click “Upload
PNPKI Form Here”
button
 After successfully
submitted your PNPKI
Application Form, wait
for the
approval/validation of
the PNPKI Validation
Upload
Team your “PNPKI
Application Form”
and Click Save
changes
Once your PNPKI Test has
been graded and your
PNPKI Application Form
has been validated, you
can Download your
Certificate of Completion
Congratulations!
