A. Yes. To avail this benefit, customer needs to ensure that ACH/SI to pay Home Loan is maintained in this Account within 6 months of account opening. If still customer fails to
do it, then Account will be converted into Regular Savings Account where in customer will need to maintain Average Monthly Balance (AMB)

Q. What happens to the Speciale Activ Account if Home Loan EMIs are over?
A. Customer can upgrade/downgrade the account by visiting the branch

Redemption Process – Voucher worth Rs.1,000 & Quarterly vouchers


Rs. 1000 Voucher:- On meeting the Debit Card spend of Rs. 25,000 within 90 days of account opening & ACH/SI

HDFC Bank will roll out the communication with Unique Voucher Promo code along with the link to claim the voucher
and expiry date of the code via Email and SMS. Below are the steps to be followed by the customers:

1. The Speciale Activ Savings account can only be opened through the customized link for HDFC Sales.

2. The HSPL Sales Executive (FSA/ LSE) to be input their Code in the EmpCode section and share the link with the customer to get

business credit.

3. It is a DIY Journey and the customer to submit the application through the Adobe Link Journey only. Once the application is
submitted, the customer must complete the Video KYC to get the account activated.
• That is the customer to complete the journey and after the Masked Insta Cust ID available he has to initiate the Video KYC buy clicking
on the START Video KYC and complete the same.
• Only after Video KYC is completed will he be eligible for full a/c benefits.
• The Video KYC will be valid for 3 days and to be completed by him within the 3 days.

4. On Completion of the VKYC, the welcome kit will be dispatched to the customers at their mailing address
