TASK SHEET No.

Title: Brownies

Performance Objective: Given the tools, you should be able to prepare Raisin
Classic Brownies by following the standard recipe.

Ingredients:
150 grams bar unsweetened chocolate
¾ Cup butter
2 cups white sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chop nuts

Equipment : Oven & mixer

Steps/Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Lightly brush 2 pieces 8”x8” baking pan with oil then line bottom with
parchment paper. Set aside.
3. Heat chocolate and butter in a double boiler until butter is melted. Stir
in sugar. combine eggs, vanilla flavor, beat at low speed for 1 minute.
4. Add the flour then mix at low speed for 1 minute.
5. Distribute the batter onto the prepared pans then sprinkle the cashew
nuts/peanuts on top of the mixture.
6. Bake for 22-25 minutes or until an inserted cake tester comes out clean.
