Please note that for the purpose of this document, the definition of HIGH-RISK
may be different from your industry’s definition of HIGH-RISK.

Definitions
High-Risk Inputs – inputs for which GM versions are widely commercially available; this includes certain crops,
their derivatives, and animal-derived inputs.

Appendix B – see below for a list of the High-Risk inputs as defined by the Non-GMO Project. Please note this is
a non-exhaustive list of derivatives with high GMO risk that are commonly used in food production; it is meant to
provide examples of materials that are considered High-Risk by the Non-GMO Project.

Attestation
I hereby confirm that my facility does not handle any high-risk inputs listed on Appendix B of the Non-
GMO Project Standard, version 16.
