CONSENT FOR PHOTOGRAPHS & VIDEOS, LOCAL VISITS

& THE HOME-SCHOOL AGREEMENT

Photographs
The school would like to use photographs and videos of your child for the following purposes:

 to support the school’s pupil welfare and health and safety procedures
 to celebrate examples of good work and achievements in the classroom including on our
school Twitter accounts.
 to celebrate pupil achievements beyond the school in the press, online (including Twitter) and
on the school’s website
Your consent will last as long as your child is a pupil at this school, or until you inform us that you want
to change your consent.
Shared photographs will never include the names of your children.

We ask that you not share any photographs from your child’s online learning journal, or photographs
including other children, on social media. We also ask that you respect other parents’ privacy wishes
and refrain from taking photographs or videos at school events that include other children.

We may still use photographs of your child after they leave school, for example their photo may
remain on our wall displays or in our prospectus. Please tick if you do not wish us to continue using
any photographs of your child after they leave.
