NOTICE
It is for the information of all provisionally eligible candidates for FMU-RET-2023 that they are required
to download their Admit Card from e-Samarth portal (https://fmuniversityadm.samarth.edu.in) by
following instructions:

Step 1: Click on https://fmuniversityadm.samarth.edu.in


Step 2: Login through using your E-Mail ID/User ID and Password.
Step 3: Click on “Download Admit Card” to download your Admit card.

Step 4: Take a printout of the Admit Card.


Step 5: Candidate required to paste own Passport size Photograph on the space provided in the
Admit Card.
Step 6: Read carefully all the instructions provided on the Admit Card and appear for the FMU-
RET 2023 on the specified date, time and venue as indicated below:

Examination Date: 12.04.2024


Venue of Old Campus of Fakir Mohan University, Remuna Golei, Januganj,
Examination: Balasore, Pin- 756019 (Near TPNODL Office, NH 16).

For Location, you may also Scan on the QR code provided on the
opposite of the Admit Card.
Reporting Time: 10.30 A.M.
Start Time: 11.30 A.M.
End Time: 12.45 P.M.

NB:

1. Reporting at the venue on time (10.30 A.M.) is mandatory.


2. No candidate will be permitted to enter the Examination Hall/ the Premises without a hard copy of the
Admit Card. Candidates are required to submit the same hard copy of that Admit Card at the end of the
Examination while submitting the Question-cum-Answer Booklet to the concerned invigilator.
3. Carrying any valid Photo Identity Card (Original copy of Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License and
other) issued by the Government for Identity proof is mandatory for entry in the Gate/ Examination
Hall.
4. Take all precautions for preventing Sun stroke and Heatwave as per the guidelines issued by the
Government.
