Re: Code of Conduct

Dear Sir,

Kindly refer to your letter reference ……………… dated…… wherein We/I have been
empanelled as DSA for housing loans product of your Bank. We/I hereby
undertake to abide by the code of conduct set by you in this matter and forward
you the signed copy of the same for your records.

We/I agree and undertake that we/I shall indemnify/keep you indemnified
against any loss or damage etc caused to you on account of our/my non
compliance to the code of code conduct and the same shall apply to any action of
each and every member of the staff we may engage for the purpose.
