"BUKLOG"

Once upon a time in a small village there lived a community known for their tradition of the
"buklog." The buklog was a sacred ceremony where the villagers would gather around a
massive tree, believed to be the guardian spirit of their land. They lift the tree as a symbol of
unity and strength. In this village, there was a young boy named Kiko who was known for his
laziness and lack of respect for traditions. Because he believe that buklog is just wasting of time

One day, a terrible storm ravaged the village, causing widespread destruction. Homes were
destroyed, and the villagers were left devastated. When the storm passed by, the village elder
called for a buklog to lift a fallen tree that was blocking the river, preventing water from
reaching the fields.

Kiko quietly went to the location of the fallen tree to join the people. As they began to lift the
heavy trunk, Kiko realized the importance of unity and cooperation. Despite his initial doubts,
he pushed himself to contribute to the effort. Together, the villagers strained and struggled, but
eventually, they managed to lift the tree and clear the river.

Through this experience, Kiko learned the valuable lesson that unity and cooperation are
essential for overcoming challenges. He understood that traditions, no matter how old-
fashioned they may seem, often hold wisdom and significance. From that day forward, Kiko
became a respected member of the community, always ready to lend a hand and uphold their
cherished traditions, including the buklog.
