Hindu, by occupation - Advocate's Clerk, residing at 68, Bediapara Jill Colony
Lane, P.O. Bediapara, P.S. Dum Dum, Kolkata-700 077, do hereby affirm and
declare say as follows:

1. That I am the Registered Law Clerk.

2. That the under instruction of the DRTO – 3, I have served the copy of
Interlocutory Application (IA) application with all annexure dated 16 th
March, 2024 by the Ld. Advocate Mr. Diganta Sikdar on record, by
Speed Post bearing postal receipts No. EW493081570IN dated
16.03.2024 from G.P.O. post office duly communicate the Debt
Recovery Tribunal – III, Kolkata.
3. The said postal receipts original bearing No. EW493081570IN dated
16.03.2024 and track report are annexed herewith and marked as Letter
'P-1' (collectively).
