ICT or Information and Communication Technology is used to
store, transmit, process and manipulate information. It means that it can be use inside the classroom for it serves as a tool to handle and communicate information. It is divided in two categories the hardware and software. Hardware refers to the physical and visible components of the system such as monitor, CPU, keyboard and mouse. On the other hand, Software is anything that tells hardware what to do and how to do it including computer programs, applications and operating system. ICT is developing just like the world is. So there are developments of ICT too within the 21st Century. The key components and developments of ICT within 21st Century are Internet and Connectivity, Mobile Technology, E- Learning and Online Education, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Internet of Things, Smart Cities and many more.We can all see that we are on the modern days. Just one click and then there’s what we want. But we better use it to improve ourselves not to be involved in any fraudulent activities.
Communication Skills are, in some ways, the key to social
integration in the 21st Century. The basic truth is that effective communication is about more than just being able to express information and ideas more precisely. Effective communication create a better relationships.
