Attn.: To Whom It May Concern,

Dear Sir/ Madam,

RE: REQUEST SPONSORSHIP OR SUPPORT FOR

“PORT OF SPAIN YOUNG ADULT LIBRARY ANIME AND MANGA CLUB”

The National Library and Information System Authority (NALIS) is a corporate body
established to administer the development and coordination of library and information services
in Trinidad and Tobago.
NALIS' Young Adult Library services are for persons who are aged between 13 to 17
years old. The services found at the library are specifically designed to meet this age group's
recreational, educational, social and overall developmental needs.
We are currently in the early stages of developing our Anime/ Manga Club. To further
expound, some of the activities found at the Port of Spain Young Adult Anime/ Manga Club are;
anime related games tournaments, movies, game shows, art collections, Coplay competitions,
and manga readings, just to name a few.
The success of our outcome and our outreach is somewhat dependent upon the
financial and product support of corporations and private sponsors. Considering this, we would
like to ask that you consider becoming one of main corporate sponsors.
As a sponsor, you will receive positive media attention from your association with the
Port of Spain Young Adult Library. In addition, you will help introduce a new generation of
children to the Japanese Anime/ Manga Culture due to your affiliation with the Japanese
civilization.
Our aims and objective are to elevate the love of Japanese Culture. Additionally, the
club has been exceptionally well patronized by the targeted community and we are positive
that through your support of the Young Adult Library Anime/ Manga Club, you will gain
significant exposure and recognition as an organisation committed to rural subcultures. We are
hoping to hear great news from you so that we can forge excellent business ties that will
benefit both parties.
Thanking you in advance.

Yours Respectfully,
Jesse-Ann Bernard
