ANDHRA PRADESH HIGHER EDUCATION REGULATORY AND MONITORING COMMISSION I Por Sree Mahendra Enclave, HRI Blk (©, INH-16, Tadepal Guneer Bnet 523501 Often Teles 08608 749 ad phere com ADVANCE NOTICE TO UNIVERSITIES IN THE STATE OF A.P., & 70 ALL THE UN-AIDED and AIDED (Offering Un-Aided Courses) HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS In exercise of the powers conferred in the APHERMC Act, 2019 (Act 20 of 2019), APHERMC Rules, 2019 and Guidelines Nos.5(1) to 5(39}, 5(A) and 5(B) of the APHERMC Regulations, 2020, the APHERMC shall’ regulate the proposed fee structure in advance, ensuring that the institutions does not, indulge in profiteering or charge capitation fee and safeguard the interests of students, teachers and to ensure public spiritedness, equity, excellence, financial’ stability and to maintain academic discipline and standards to provide quality education In this connection, all the Universities in the State of Andhra Pradesh and the Private Un-Aided & Aided (Offering Un-Aided Courses) Higher Educational Institutions are hereby informed that APHERMC proposes to issue a notification shortly inviting fee proposals from all the Higher Educational institutions for the block period 2023-24 to 2025-26. The information relating to institutional, infrastructural and instructional facilities required to be provided by the institutions including academic and quality parameters, nancial accounting, iacome and expenditure data should be kept ready by the end of May, 2022. This is being issued to alert the concemed ‘managements and the administrative staff to prepare the data related, in consonance with the formats of the Commission that shall be uploaded to the website (www.aphermc.ap.gov.in). The required data relating to compliance as per University/State/Central Regulatory Authorities is also required to be furnished along with the fee proposals.
