Performance appraisal system is needed in the organization. Performance appraisal model used in the organization were informed to me during induction. Performance appraisal is made on yearly basis in the organization. The performance of the organization is assessed by self, superior or consultant. Performance is evaluated by the superior in the organization. Rating cum self appraisal is followed in the organization. Performance appraisal is made on total output and behavior efficiency. The performance ratings were done periodically. Performance appraisal model in the organization is simple. Satisfied with the existing performance appraisal system.

Appraisal system provides opportunity for each appraises to communicate the support he needs from appraiser to perform well. The appraisal system provides an opportunity for self review and reflection. Appraisal system is able to make its goal clear to all the executives.
