IMPLEMENT INTERVENTIONS

8.1 Critically choose and implement interventions to achieve practice goals and
enhance capacities of clients and constituencies.
• See and discuss what works best for the client and how to accomplish goals together.
• Keep in contact with the client
• Finding other solutions to goals if the first steps do not work
APPLY KNOWLEDGE

8.2 Apply knowledge of human behavior and the social environment, person-in-
environment, and other multidisciplinary theoretical frameworks in interventions with
clients and constituencies.
• Help client based on needs and develop a plan that fits the clients needs best.
• Remembering that the client has right to self-determination.
• Remembering that the client’s life and surroundings has a big impact on how they are
and how they act.
INTER-PROFESSIONAL COLLABORATION

8.3 Use inter-professional collaboration as appropriate to achieve beneficial practice


outcomes.
• Working with staff and community partners
• Make referrals to other agencies when necessary

• Continue to oversee that client is completing goals and necessary steps.
• Ensuring that there are other resources for clients.
• Following proper termination.
