• Critically choose and implement interventions
to achieve practice goals and enhance
capacities of clients and constituencies
• I have done this by coming up with
interventions that will enable the client to
reach the goals that she has set for herself.
 Practice Behavior 8.2
• Apply knowledge of human behavior and the
social environment, person-in-environment,
and other multidisciplinary theoretical
frameworks in interventions with clients and
constituencies.
• I am doing this by using the person-in-
environment, social environment, and human
behavior to guide my interventions with my
client.

• Use inter-professional collaboration as
appropriate to achieve beneficial practice
outcomes
• Collaborate with my supervisor or the
Graduate assistant on projects.

Negotiate, mediate, and advocate with and on
behalf of diverse clients and constituencies.
I will do this by negotiating, mediating,
advocating for my clients.

• Facilitate effective transitions and endings
that advance mutually agreed-on goals
• Evaluate the client’s progress on reaching
their goals and talk about ways to improve on
any weaknesses that he or she has.
