In reference to the notice Ref. No: AC/AIHE/PO/2023-24/024 regarding the absence of students
during the sessional examinations held on 27th and 28th March 2024. As per our academic
regulations, it is mandatory for students to attend all scheduled examinations unless valid reasons
for absence are presented and approved by respective class coordinators.
We would like to bring to your attention that despite the directive for absentee students to appear
along with their parent’s to explain any mitigating circumstances for their absence on the
aforementioned datesonly a few parents have reported to the college.
However, in light of the limited response from parents and in adherence to the college policies, we
hereby notify you that a penalty of Rs 500/- per day has been imposed on the students who were
absent during the sessional examinations on aforesaid dates.The list of the students are as follows:
