Jesus tells us in Matthew 15:12–15 that He speaks in parables to hide the secrets
of the kingdom from some and reveal them to others (Matt. 13:12–15).

“truly, I say to you, many prophets and righteous people longed to see what
you see, and did not see it, and to hear what you hear, and did not hear it.”

For your Midterm Requirement in TheoEd2, this is a group task. Your group will be
based on your groupmates in our last activity about the Gospel of Matthew. And your
grades are based on your group work.

Mechanics and Guidelines

 Choose one of the parables found in Matthew’s gospel.

 With the parable chosen, make a story book about the story of the chosen
parable.
 You can use pictures or images related in the story to make it easier for the
readers to understand.
 The size of the book is Fiction: 4.25 x 6.87, 5 x 8, 5.25 x 8, 5.5 x 8.5, 6 x 9. With hard
cover.
 At the end of your story book, make your own reflection on what you learned
based on the story.
 Like the disciples, we can be the bearer of God’s words through our story book
creations.
