ABSTRACT

This report explores into competitor analysis with a focus on Polyhose Pvt. Ltd., a market
leader. In a dynamic and intensely competitive corporate environment, identifying and
evaluating competitors is critical for maintaining and improving market position. The primary
goal of this study is to thoroughly examine the tactics, strengths, weaknesses, and positioning
of Polyhose Pvt. Ltd.'s competitors. This study uses a combination of quantitative as well as
qualitative research techniques, such as surveys, interviews, and industry analysis, to offer
light on many aspects of competitor analysis. Demographic data obtained from respondents
provides insights into customer perceptions, preferences, and behaviors, allowing for a more
advanced knowledge of competitive dynamics.Through a Competitive awareness, perceptions
of product quality, factors influencing consumer choice, frequency of purchase, identification
