(b) Upon execution of this Agreement, Client is agreeing to Company, the full amount of the Fee.
(c) If client does not cancel attendance at, or participation in the Program for any reason whatsoever, Client will not be
entitled to receive a refund.
(d) If Company is unable to render a portion of the Program as agreed and no suitable rescheduling can be arranged then

a refund for that particular portion of the Program will be made to Client.
(e) Amount is inclusive of Tax.
(f) All disputes are subject to Jodhpur Jurisdiction.
(h) You have 24 hours to return an e-course from the date you purchased it. A Refund Request will be deemed valid only if
it is made through an email to refunds@utkarsh.com within 24 hours of purchase. No Refund requests would be

entertained after 24 hours from the date of purchase.

(g) In case of validity extension, refund request will not be accepted.
