Terms & Conditions:

1. Membership rates can be revised by the management without prior notice.

2. Membership is non refundable
3. Membership is valid as per program taken from Start date to Expiry date as stated in membership form and on the receipt.
4. You must not allow anyone else to use your membership, If your membership is being used by another person without following the transfer procedure, your
membership will be cancelled without any refund.
5. Membership upgrade is only possible within a 30 days period from the first payment date.
6. Any change in the program such as medical extensions will be done only after application and submission of valid documents beforehand, Medical extension
will be allowed only for 30 days in max. after due approval of management.
7. Membership can only be transferred once to someone who is not a current or ex member to the gym. Membership transfer is a paid service.
8. Payment done for a product/package/service cannot be adjusted against another product/place/package/service.
9. 2 Freezings are allowed only for Yearly Membership. Maximum Period for 1 freezing is 30 Days. Freezing is a Paid Service.
10. Members must do a fingerprint scan to access the gym on each visit.
11. Members must be properly attired in workout clothes (i.e. t-shirts, gym shorts/tracks, gym shoes) while in exercise areas.
12. Members must carry a clean pair of gym shoes to use in the gym premises. Outside shoes are strictly not allowed and member can be denied access for the
very same reason.
13. Management is not responsible for theft, damage to any of the members belongings
14. Any damages to the gym facilities, is the sole responsibility of the offending member. All costs of damages and repairs will have to be borne by the offending
member.
15. In the event of a breach of membership rules and regulations, The gym holds the “RIGHTS OF ADMISSION” & reserves the right to “TERMINATE THE
MEMBERSHIP” as and when the management deems necessary.
16. Harassment in any manner or use of obscene and abusive language, to other members as well as to staff members, is strictly forbidden. Any member found in
breach of this rule will be asked to permanently leave the gym and be barred from ever entering the gym again.
17. Member can be denied the access if there are any pending dues which are not cleared.
18. By signing the membership form, member is completely aware and agreeing that, management is not responsible for any accident happen to him in the gym
premises.
