ENGAGEMENT LETTER FOR SECURITY SERVICES

We are delighted to present this engagement letter outlining the terms and conditions of our security
services for your esteemed organization. Our security outfit is committed to providing exceptional
security solutions tailored to your specific needs, ensuring the safety and protection of your assets and
personnel.

SCOPE OF SERVICES:
We will provide the following security services, as mutually agreed upon:
i. Security consultation and risk assessment
ii. Uniformed security personnel
iii. Access control and monitoring
iv. Surveillance and CCTV systems
v. Incident response and emergency management
vi. Crowd control and event security
vii. Security training and awareness programs
viii. Regular security reports and updates
DURATION:
This engagement shall commence on ………………………20…….. and will continue until
……………………20………. It may be extended or modified by mutual agreement in writing.

FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS:

Our fees for the security services will be provided separately in the attached fee schedule. Payment terms
are as follows:

The shall be payment monthly

Payment shall be made payable on or before 28th of every month.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your Company/Organization/House shall provide the necessary cooperation, access to relevant
information, and any additional resources required for the successful execution of the security services.

It is understood that our outfit shall perform the services with reasonable care and skill.

CONFIDENTIALITY:
 Both parties shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information
shared during the course of this engagement.
 Any confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent,
except as required by law.
 On no account should our security personnel be given access to your privacy i.e given your key to
access main building or personal office. Operation should not exceed the gate and the
surroundings.
  Our personnel are security guard not errand boys. They are not meant to leave their post except on
emergency.
 Salaries/wages should not be discussed with our personnel.

TERMINATION:
Either party may terminate this engagement by providing written notice to the other party. Termination
shall not relieve either party from fulfilling its obligations up to the effective date of termination.

GOVERNING LAW:
This engagement letter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country.
