APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION TO A RESEARCH HIGHER DEGREE

Broad field of study:
The evolution of health sciences was never even more satisfying or comes with breathtaking possibilities than it is presently. Therefore, I’m
writing this application to pursue a higher degree in research. I became interested in health sciences while I was pursuing my master’s degree
in molecular genetics at COMSATS University Islamabad. During my post-graduation, I acquired an extensive knowledge about biosciences,
and its role in our daily life. Following my graduation, I’ve a strong desire to discover more about the findings that led to an ideal approach this
field. As a result, I had set aspirations for myself to work in to become an expert in order to contribute to the development of novel ideas in this
field. Given the inadequate research infrastructure and the government's disregard for scientific research, choosing to become a researcher in
a developing country is difficult. However, with challenge comes an opportunity. And so, as a master student in molecular genetics, I gained a

comprehensive knowledge of genetics and epigenetics at molecular level. Moreover, I understood how environmental and behavior factors
such as exercises, diet and stress can lead to an epigenetic shift.
While I was pursuing my master’s degree, I became keenly interested in the course of nanobiotechnology. Though I choose it as an elective
course, I was really fascinated by the new emerging field. In addition to exploring the role of nanoparticles in medicine, my task included a
