Last Minutes Instruction for Reappear Examination

All students are instructed to strictly adhere to the guidelines/instructions as mentioned

below:

1. Student must bring his/her University Identity card/Admit card, otherwise he/she
will not be allowed to enter in examination venue.

2. Do not carry your belongings like Bags/ Mobile phones/Smart Watches /Books /
Laptop or any other reading material during reappear examination as such things are
strictly prohibited in the examination venue. There is no provision at the
examination venue for safe keeping of personal belongings (so students are advised
not to bring any such items to the examination venue).

3. All students are informed that frisking of each student will be done at the entry point
of examination venue during reappear examination, so students must report as per
reporting time mentioned in UMS login, late entry will not be allowed.

4. No Student will be allowed to enter the Examination venue, without frisking. Frisking
through Hand held Metal Detector (HHMD) will be carried out.

5. Students are advised that no arguments should be done with the officials deputed
entry point and examination venue. In case of any misbehave or arguments strict
action will be taken against such student.

6. Students are advised to carry only the following items with them at the examination
venue: (a) University Identity card /Admit card (b) Pen/Pencil/ necessary stationery
(c) Clear water bottle.

7. Student must report at examination venue on or before the reporting / entry time
(i.e., half an hour before the schedule time of examination) as mentioned on UMS
login to avoid last minute crowding/delay.

8. In case, student is infected with any communicable infection which may have
serious impact on the health of other student/staff in the examination venue,
he/she will not have allowed to appear in examination.

9. Further, all students are hereby informed that if anyone is found involved in any
act that amounts to “Unfair Means Case”, then his/her university scholarship
stands cancelled for rest of the programme duration along with inviting penal
action as per university regulations.
