The following documents are to be submitted at the time of Interview.
1. Application form
2. Original Admission form duly signed by the candidate, both parents and also local
and / or legal guardian (if any)
3. 2 copies of passport size coloured photographs
4. Original Admit Card (Seal copy)
5. Payment acknowledgment of Rs. 1011/-
6. Self - attested copy of Aadhaar Card.
7. Self - attested copy of Birth Certificate.
8. Self - attested copy of Madhyamik / Other Boards Registration Number
9. Self - attested copy of Madhyamik Admit card or equivalent
10. Self - attested copy of Caste Certificate (if applicable)
11. Original Character Certificate by the Headmaster / Principal of previous school
(May be submitted later)
12. Migration Certificate for students from other than West Bengal Board of
Secondary Education (may be submitted later)
13. Original Medical Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner with his
Registration number (may be submitted later)
14. Income Certificate(s) of candidate's father and / or mother (not earlier than
January, 2024) (may be submitted later)
15. Blood Group Certificate (may be submitted later)
16. Copy of Bank account details (Student’s only)
17. Original Transfer Certificate (may be submitted later)
18. Self - attested copy of Board’s Marksheet (may be submitted later)

Candidates should carry all the original documents for verification.

After the interview, the list of selected candidates will be published on the same day.
Guardians of the selected candidates have to secure admission for their wards by paying Rs.
50,500/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Five Hundred only) through Demand Draft only (drawn in
favour of “RKMA Vidyalaya Students’ Home, Narendrapur”) on or before Monday, 18
March, 2024, 4 p.m. (except Sunday).
Payment made by cash, cheque, Bank transfer or through any type of Card will not be
accepted.

Admission to Class XI – 2024 (Option-1)

Date: 14th March, 2024
The following boys have been provisionally selected for an interview to be held on Friday, 15 March 2024
(REPORTING TIME: 9:45 A.M.) at Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya, Narendrapur (Senior Section).
Presence of both the parents/guardians is necessary at the time of interview. Failure to appear at the
interview at the scheduled date/time will result in the forfeit of the seat.
After the interview, the list of selected candidates will be published on the same day.
Guardians of the selected candidates have to secure admission for their wards by paying Rs. 50,500/-
(Rupees Fifty Thousand Five Hundred only) through Demand Draft only (drawn in favour of “RKMA
Vidyalaya Students’ Home, Narendrapur”) on or before Monday, 18 March, 2024, 4 p.m. (except Sunday).
Payment made by cash, cheque, Bank transfer or through any type of Card will not be accepted.
All original documents along with one set of photocopy are to be produced at the time of interview.
Any document, if found wrong even after admission will result in cancellation of his admission.
