Online Counselling against the vacant seats in B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) Programme

This is with reference to the earlier notification dated 01.09.2021 for willingness
against the 03 vacant seats in B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) Programme. After issuing the notice
soliciting willingness as above, 03 vacancies were generated as 03 candidates have
withdrawn their admission. In furtherance of the above, based on willingness received
from the candidates and taking into the consideration their merit in CLAT-2021, the
lists of shortlisted candidates against total 06 vacant seats (04 Unreserved and 02 CDP-
UP) are mentioned below:

Important Instructions
1. The Candidates whose names are appearing in the above lists are required to fill the
admission form and deposit the required fees i.e. Rs. 65000.00 for [First Installment
of Annual Fee for B.A. LL.B. (Hons.)]. The last date for filling of Admission Form
and to deposit the required fee is 18.09.2021. After the last date, no application shall
be considered.

2. The candidates are required to upload the scanned copies of following original
documents in the Google form for provisional admission (link is given above):-
• Proof of payment of Fee made to Dr. RMLNLU, Lucknow
• Mark sheet and Certificate of High School/Secondary School or any other Equivalent
Examination
• Mark sheet and Certificate of Intermediate/10+2 examinations or any other Equivalent
Examination
• Mark sheet of final year of B.A. LL.B./B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), LL.B. or any other equivalent
degree from a recognized University in case of LL.M. Candidates only
• Conduct/Character certificate from the Institution/University last attended
• Transfer/Migration certificate from the Institution/University last attended
• Soft copy of recent colour photograph of the candidate and signatures of candidate and
parents/guardian. (.jpg format)
• CLAT-2021 admit card & score card
• Affidavit for the year gap, if any
• Valid caste certificate in case of reservation under categories of SC/ST/OBC of UP (OBC
caste certificate should not be more than 6 months old as on the date of counseling)
• Certificate applicable in the case horizontal reservation. (please see the note below)
• Undertaking Form, if required

3. After submitting prescribed Admission Form and depositing the required fees, the
candidates will receive the confirmation of provisional admission through the
University website.
4. Merely submission of Admission Form/Deposition of fee shall not entitle a
candidate for admission. Admission shall be subject to the verification of
documents/eligibility conditions. Admission will be given on the basis of CLAT-
2021 All India Rank.
5. In the event of vacant seat(s), 2nd as well as subsequent lists may be notified on the
University website.
Note:
Candidates who have been offered admission under 'Sons/Daughters of Defence Personnel deployed
in Uttar Pradesh or Defence Personnel of Uttar Pradesh either retired or killed/disabled in action' will
have to attach the scanned copy of original certificate issued by the competent authority in the
prescribed format in support of their claims for reservation. Certificate should be issued by 'ZILA
SAINIK KALYAN AVAM PUNARWAS ADHIKARI' in support of their claim for reservation.
