Converted static reports to self-maintaining reports for future hierarchy changes. Tuned the
performance of Monthly, Quarterly reports by replacing static reporting set up to dynamic
reporting set up by utilizing EPM formulas in conjunction with master data properties eliminating
frequent needs to update reports when there are hierarchical changes.

A+E Greenfield Conversion from COMPUTRON software system to SAP ECC-BPC 10.0 to migrate their
Actuals and Planning Data.
Finance and Compensation models were built to accommodate Expense, Revenue, Account based
planning and statistical accounts, payroll planning. Work status and BPFs were used to enable various
departmental budget inputters to enter data and lock them. Security was installed for 150 Netweaver
users for BPC Planning and Report viewing including Budget reviewers and approvers. Designed Process
flows to show various complex planning stages.
Compensation Model planning data was loaded using Flat file from ADP to plan for all employees for
salary, fringe benefits, headcount and other allowances.
Tuned the operation of VBA reports to make VBA code skeletal and more flexibility for user to configure
reports themselves. Automated reverse currency conversion.

Ferro moved from BPC 7.0 & Hyperion planning to BPC 10.0.
SG&A, Operating Expenses, CAPEX, Financial Statements were converted to BPC10.0 on Netweaver &
EPM from the legacy reporting and Input Templates in BPC 7.0 & Hyperion. Additional Driver based
planning was installed based on industry drivers received from Oxford Indices for various Ferro’s
businesses spanning all over the world. This driver data was seeded to Driver Planning Model and further
to other models. Delivered model BPFs based on the original process flow for client’s future reference and
new hire training.

All BPC Model development included Blueprinting and functional specs and Detail Technical Specs. Most
of EvDre conversion to EPM was manual. Separate input templates for various planning items like
Healthcare.gov, individual and institutional coverage planning, Hippa expense planning, and long term
care expense planning, Medicare expense planning & their reporting templates for Monthly and Yearly
reporting. Budget Allocation using allocation script logic.
Mass user management tool was used to initialize BPC security.

gathering entitlement information from different Mainframe applications was converted from VSAM to
DB2 backend. The entitlements can be viewed and updated from online CICS BMS screens while a Daily
Batch report would fetch the latest entitlements from VSAM file and compare against DB2 tables and
