The table provides the information about the mean number of hours per vacation day of tourists
from four different countries when they visited Italy in December 2021. The table record the data of
people from four different countries namely, Australia, India, Canada, and Germany.

Overall, the tourists from these contries spent most of their time in visiting the Historical
Monuments of the Italy. On the other hand, the visitors spent the least number of hours in the
Italian Museum.

Australian tourists spent the most of their time in Historical Monuments with 8 hours per day. They
spend the only 1 hour per day in Museum. Furthermore, in case of Indians, they also spent most
number of hours per day in Historical Monuments of the Italy, amounting to 6 hours. Indians
spent 4 number of hours per day at the beach.

On the other hand, Candian spent 5 number of hours per day inside the National park, and 4
number of hours per day at the beach. Additionally, the German tourists spent 7 number of hours
per day by visiting Historical Monuments and 2 number of hours per day at Museum.

Since the covid-19, working from home has becoming famous day by day. Now, employees are
demanding to work from home for various reasons. This essay will delve with the potential
advantages and diadvantages of doing office work at home.

To begin with, in most case, employess working from home can balance out the need of the office
space for the company. If all the employees of the company work from the home, then the
company may not need to have the office at all. Futhermore, as the cost of having the office is a
expensive deal, the company can save ton of money by allowing the all the employees work from
home. Second pros of working at home is that employees is able to spend more time with family
and friends. The employee does not need to commute far distance in order to reach office; the
employee now not only able to save time which used to get waste from travelling but also can able
to spend quality time with family and follow an particular hobby.

On the other hand, there can be few drawbacks of working at home. Firstly, productivity of the
employee is less when working at home than from the productivity when working at the office.
During working from home, an emloyee is been distrub by many family members, but when
working from office, the enivrornment and distrubance can be manage by the boss or manager.
Moreover, succeeding in the team-work projects become difficult while working at home. It is
difficult to coordinate and consult with other team members when all the members of the team are
working form their own home.

To conclude, I argue that this phenonmenon is debatable. The employer or a boss needs to
assess what will more benificals for the company whether employeess work at the
office or from home.
