Title: Banana Chocolate Chip Muffin

Performance Objective: Given the tools, you should be able to prepare

Banana Chocolate chip muffin by following the
standard recipe and enterprise practices.

Supplies/Materials:

2 pcs medium sized ripe bananas, mashed

3 Tbsp vegetable oil
½ cup chocolate chips
2 cups pancake mix
1 egg
½ cup white sugar

Equipment : Oven, Mixer

Steps/Procedure:

1. Preheat oven at 400F/ 205C.

2. Using the electric mixer with paddle attachment, beat the egg
and gradually add the sugar. Mix well.
3. Mix-in the vegetable oil and mashed bananas.
4. Add the pancake mix. Continue mixing until all the ingredients
are distributed.
5. Fold-in the chocolate chips.
6. Place the mixture on the muffin pan with baking cups.
7. Bake the muffin for 14-17 minutes (or until it passes the
toothpick test)
