Today, I am here to talk about self-esteem. It is a subject that shapes our thoughts,
actions, and the way we perceive ourselves and others.
So, where does self-esteem come from? First of all, self-esteem is often rooted in our
early experiences. The messages we receive from our caregivers and peers during our
early years play an important role in shaping our self-perception.
Furthermore, societal influences and cultural norms significantly impact our self-esteem,
as they often shape our perception of beauty, success, and worthiness. The pressure to
conform to these standards can either bolster or diminish one's self-esteem, highlighting
the importance of cultivating a healthy and authentic self-image.
Thank you.
