worldwide, Jollibee operates in food service, franchising, and leasing segments, demonstrating

its market dominance in the local market.

SPECIFIC - JFC aims to grow its store network by at least 5% percent this year versus
2022 with a gross store opening target of 550 to 600 stores across the globe.

MEASURABLE - The objective explicitly indicates that the company wants to grow its
market share to 5%. By stating the percentage, it is possible to determine whether or not the
goal has been met.

ACHIEVABLE - To make sure the goal is achievable; the company should have
evaluated its capabilities and marketing environment before establishing it.

REALISTIC - The company should have examined its resources, employees,


competitors, and market share before establishing a 12-month deadline for the goal to make

WEAKNESSES

Supply and demand imbalance - Jollibee has many stores locally and across the world.

Due to this, sometimes, the company has a hard time balancing demand and supply. There are

times when food items could go out of stock because of demand being too high.

Health consciousness - The world is becoming increasingly conscious about the meals

that they take. That means some of the foods on Jollibee’s menu end up being labeled as

unhealthy, which can cause obesity and health issues. In return, this affects the company’s sales.
High-end prices - The foods offered at Jollibee have a premium price tag. The majority

of the customers do not have the financial strength that would allow them to afford some of these

foods. They end up visiting low-priced brands.

like research and development knowledge and exchange of resources.

Disadvantage

Diversification, which denotes the launching of new products on a new market, is

perceived as the most complex and costly option of an Ansoff Matrix Strategy.

ACA2. Before actually commencing the operation of the system, conduct a few tests with

them.

Advantage

Creates an extensive and elaborate batch of auto test, which identify any bug at the

earliest stage possible, where they are cheapest to clear up. A great number of these test are

automated thus it is possible to rerun them multiple times in a day and get instant feedback on

what works well and where they may have shortcomings.


Disadvantage

Costly. Should have employed another group of specialists for testing.

status of the district and other reports and updates concerning operations.

Consolidates and analyzes Profit and Loss Statement, Sales Performance Logbook, Profit

& Loss and Sales Outlook.

Participate in the annual planning and budgeting and prepares all the data and logistics

needed (venue, food etc.).

Maintains databases such as the monthly sales monitoring, package program sales,

midmonth Food Cost Paper Cost, Food Service and Cleanliness and Condition monitoring etc.

Prepares the Annual Operating Plan of the Operations Director which also includes 3-

year financial projections for the district.


Through the years, JFC has formed its foundation from good business practices and

strong core values of customer focus, speed with excellence, integrity, spirit of family and fun,

humility to listen and learn.

Jollibee provide great taste, and superior value to all they’re customers.

Jollibee is planning to increase its coverage by opening 600 new owned and franchised

stores this year.

Jollibee plan, decide and act quickly. Jollibee set challenging goals and execute well, and

constantly find ways to improve and innovate.

CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION

Conclusions:

Jollibee Food Corporation (JFC) is very well-known and successful business that

experiencing major growth and sustain the needs not only for customers but also the performance

of the business in terms in Economic, Social, and Environment dimension. Even they have

intense competition, JFC become a major global competitor in the fast-food industry. After

conducting and auditing various of information of the non-financial performance of Jollibee, our

team arrive in the conclusion that, JFC really managed the day-to-day operations of the business

in the entire reporting period. Given by the results from our audit, it reflects their how hands on

and effective the decisions and strategies of the organization in handling different kinds of risks,

competitions, opportunities, and adaption of the demands in the market. Jollibee Food

Corporation’s objectives, goals and aims, vision for the company, mission, and their

commitments are relevant and achieved. Almost all the activities done in Economic, Social, and

Environment are disclosed in their yearly Sustainability Report. It makes them more transparent

than the other businesses. Their success is not only for the management or business alone but for

the entire dimensions of the organizations, especially in their employees who work hard & firm

trainings in order to make their business more productive, strategies of the management, valuing

the people specifically the customers, innovative ideas, environmental and community

involvement, and the overall standards of the organization.


Recommendation:

In our modern trends today, Jollibee Food Corporation can create something new out of

the advancement of our technologies like for example, instead of falling in the very long line

what if Jollibee will adopt the system wherein customer will just click all there orders and

customers will just wait in the their table so that it will be ease for everyone especially to the

customers and for the management. Adaption of new ideas and strategies can make the business

more flexible and ease to manage. The main key to the brand’s success is its customer

satisfaction. It always focuses on its goals and never loses track of it. Jollibee’s success relies on

its smart branding strategy, complemented by strong customer orientation, superior menu line-

up, innovative new products, creative marketing programs and efficient manufacturing and

logistics facilities.
