' VsAssembly Instructions for Variable-Speed Mower:
1. Remove nner bax, open and layout all parts nan

HHS, two % standard flat washers and thee
16 Ryle rts for each caster assembly. Line up
caster assembly wlth to sos in rot of deck and
insert one #16 x1 HHCS through top hoe a

[Atach with Ye16 Ryloc rut and tighten finger ight
Insert two 16 x 1 HHCS through holes infront of
the caster and put two i washers undereath deck

two bots securely and than ghten top bok. Repeat
this procedure on other caster wheel

XT BHCS through outside of handle Tighten
Securely with four Y16 Nyloc nuts.

dive linkage ino se! (located betucen fender
and rear deck), See photo 2, point A. Thread

7. Put deve linkage in neta poston, disconnect
brake rd from drive inkage sel, Pull rake rod
to the reat. Se photo 2. point B. Thread brake rod

1. For proper adjustment of lowe blade dive Inkage,
lengthen or shorten inkage so there is 1/16 to Ye
inch clearence between bel cank and jacksha

2. Check belt guides under rer deck to se that they

will, for the original purchaser, for one year from the date of

free of charge, any part or parts* found to be defective in material

by the purchaser.
