In the air

It was Police Day so all the policemen were allowed to bring their kids to see the
police vehicales . It was held in our city sports stadium. I was lucky enough that my dad
got the opportunity to do this.

When we finally got there I was amazed at what I saw. When they told me that I
could get on a helicopter and be a passenger on it while it is in the air I was terrified at
first but I faced my fears because I knew that I wouldn’t be able to forgive myself if I
didn’t take this opportunity.

I got in and I was watching the ground get farther and farther away from me as
the helicopter was taking off. From that height I was able to see the whole city and even
the building where I lived.

At the end we sadly had to get down, but that was an experience that I will never
forget for the rest of my life. It was truly something unforgettable. It was the best day of
my life.
