Self-Stacking Spiral Services
Ashworth Factory Service (AFS) experts
have spent thousands of hours optimiz-
ing spiral systems so they can provide
you with services like Ashworth’s turnkey
ExactaStackTM installation. The service in-
cludes a new belt that fits your existing sys-
tem, a skilled AFS technician to install your
optimized belt, and an adjustment to your
existing drive system for peak efficiency and
service life.
Baking Band Services
The CB5 Baking Band® was invented in
1963 by Ashworth, and it’s still the industry
standard today. We are the experts to rely
on for the maintenance and turnkey installa-
tion of your baking bands. AFS experts can
prevent costly damage to your belts caused
by misalignment and improper settings,
as well as provide training on proper belt
maintenance and tracking, in addition to

Measuring Ball Wear (Plastic or Stainless Steel):
1. Remove 10 balls and measure diameter with calibrated caliper.
2. If 3 or more balls measure 24.7 mm or less in diameter, remove 50 balls and measure
diameter.
3. If 15 or more balls measure 24.7 mm or less in diameter, replace all balls.
