 Lasting Affect:
The Newsboys are currently still touring to this day. Two of the
original singers have gone on tour on their own, but collaborated
with the newest Newsboys to make another album called
“Newsboys: UNITED.”
 FUN FACT!
Michael Tait, the lead singer of the Newsboys
in 2009, was originally apart of ANOTHER band
back in the 90s called “DC Talk.” This group
even included TobyMac.

The original name of the band was “The
News,” but was eventually changed to
“Newsboys” to not be confused for the
famous band “Huey Lewis and the News.”
