As you are aware the present executive has reviewed the accounting and budgeting procedures.
In order to promote transparency and proper accounnting and record keeping, the following
systems will now be implemented.
Cashe List Form
This form will be used to record all petty cash transactions.
Fund Raising Form
This form will be used to inform the executive of all fund raising details.
Approved budget 2010/2011
The itms listed below have been approved for the 2010/2011 budget:
Cricket bats
Pair Cricket pads
Table Tennis Rackets
Soccer Balls
Twenty Football Shirt
