    Zenith Oil Company Sports Club

    As you are aware the present executive has reviewed the accounting and budgeting procedures.
    In order to promote transparency and proper accounting and record keeping , the following
    systems will now be implemented.

    Cash List Form

    This form will be used to record all petty cash transactions.

    Fund Raising Form

    This form will be used to inform the executive of all fund raising details.

    Approved budget 2010/2011

    The items listed below have been approved for the 2010/2011 budget:

    Cricket bats
    Pair Cricket pads
    Table Tennis Rackets
    Soccer Balls
    Twenty Football Shirts
