In a broad sense, "The British Government" refers to the entire system of
governance in the United Kingdom, including its institutions, laws, and
political processes. In a narrow sense, it specifically refers to the
executive branch of the UK government, headed by the Prime Minister
and their Cabinet, responsible for implementing laws and policies.
