II. Event introduction

A. Five (5) Ws

 What event is being organized?

The event is called Product Launch Party: A launch party provides an opportunity to showcase
the product in a fun and engaging way. By creating a memorable event that showcases the product and
celebrates its launch, you can help to ensure a successful debut and build momentum for future growth.

 Why is it being organized?

A launch party is an opportunity to recognize the time and dedication that went into developing
the product. It can enhance staff morale and create a favorable environment that can assist drive future
success.

 Who are expected to attend?

Customers, members of the media, industry professionals, employees, and VIPs make up the
audience or guests. The attendance at a product launch party will vary depending on the objectives of
the occasion and the intended market for the product. With the help of our team production, Vinyl Vibes
Production, the entire event will be organized.

 When will this event take place?

The launch party event will be on August 30, 2023, Wednesday starts at 6pm. Our team and the
entire company decided to have the Wednesday day of the week since its midweek timing: Wednesdays
are typically considered a "hump day" of the workweek, where people are looking for a break from their
routine. Launching a product on a Wednesday can be a welcome distraction and give attendees a chance
to socialize and have fun during the week.

 Where is your event going to take place?

Our team decided to go for Event Spaces: Renting an event space such as a conference center,
banquet hall, or rooftop terrace can provide ample space and flexibility for hosting a launch party. These
venues usually come equipped with audiovisual equipment, and seating arrangements. It will be in Cebu
City. The Crown Regency Residences Guadalupe Function Rooms located at V Rama Ave. Guadalupe 6000
Cebu City, Philippines.

B. Program

The Welcoming and Introductions phase of the program flow in this party is carried out to
welcome the guest and give a summary of the product, its distinctive features, and its benefits. The
product demonstration, which includes a live demonstration, is followed by an introduction of the guest
speaker, who will then share and provide their viewpoints on the product. The entertainment comes
next, followed by the serving of food and beverages. The second last part is the networking, which
provided opportunities for visitors to connect and network. The last part is the closing remarks, where
you express your appreciation for everyone who came and helped with the launch of the product.

VI. SMART Objectives

Mobile phones give us the world at our fingertips, bringing great value to our personal lives; yet we only
scratch the surface on a business level. Many available applications facilitate daily habits, in terms of
social media, online shopping and entertainment, but professionally, we tend to stick to what we know:
the same old apps and processes that we’ve been using for years.
It would be nice to think that this technological advancement reflects the evolution of our own
businesses, or that we are at least using progressive tools to save time and boost functionality.
Surprisingly, many of us are, however, confined by routine, comfort zones or a sheer lack of time to
update our computer-literacy or mobile phone management. In fact, we often upgrade our devices for
the latest models, having never explored their ‘new’ functions, let alone having invested in compatible
apps or software to target the specific needs of our enterprises, for example, sales performance.

Achievable
◦ Better battery- smartphone batteries die fast. Researchers have long recognized the
problem and have been working hard to give us powerful batteries with more charge cycles and longer-
lasting battery life.
◦ Wireless charging- If not longer-lasting batteries, they have a easier charging methods.
Some of us still charging smartphones using with cables when wireless charging is already available and
implemented
◦ Unbreakable phones- If you have ever dropped a phone, you know how much it actually
hurts. Fear not, Nokia is working to utilize a material called graphene, (worlds strongest material– 300
times stronger than stainless steel) in hopes of having a breakthrough in modern computing
environments. we can finally have an unbreakable mobile phone that can survive a drop onto the
pavement without too much of a bruising.
◦ Stronger screens- Stronger phones need stronger screens because we’d of course like all
parts of the phone to be intact after a bad fall. The good news is mobile devices of the future may come
with stronger screens that are made of materials like sapphire. Apple may have introduced the use of
sapphire in their Touch ID fingerprint scanner slash home button.
◦ Paper tab- PaperTab developers say paper thin. It looks like a piece of paper, it is
powered by an Intel processor and has a touchscreen display. Transfer of content is also as easy as
touching one PaperTab to the next. Although very thin, it still sports a 10.7-inch screen so you don’t
suffer any lost in screen space.
◦ Contextual intelligence- If it has the power of contextual intelligence it may be able to.
The phones will use sensors to get data about your physical surroundings and conditions, use saved
information about you along with the contextual intelligence technology to make decisions for you even
before you thought of the question.
◦ Depth-sensing cameras- Depth-sensing cameras will allow for handheld 3D scanning,
augmented reality games, and better photo-taking capabilities in future smartphones. For example
arcade game that scans your house and builds a game challenge using the objects, walls and map of your
own house.
◦ Augmented Reality- Uses camera and sensors of your smartphone to add layers of useful
digital information – text, videos, photos, sounds – directly on top of the items around you. Imagine
standing in front of an unknown museum and pointing your smartphone towards it, and your phone
shows details of the exhibit as you line your phone up towards the item.
◦ Multi-Screen Capabilities- A technology that makes it possible to display videos
seamlessly between various devices without wires or even a network connection. That is to connect and
share the screen of your smartphone with your tablet, television or projector with no limitations
imposed by different platforms or OS, and irrespective of make or form.
◦ Infrared support- smartphones are now equipped with integrated IR blasters and remote
control applications. you can convert your smartphone into a remote control which works with your
regular not-smart TV.
◦ Dual recording- Existing smartphones come with front and rear cameras but only one of
them works at a time. Future smartphones may have better camera support to allow simultaneous
recording using both cameras. Dual recording technology will give rise to innovative and specialized
camera apps which will open new possibilities for creative recording.
Realistic
— Users can perform many work-related and social activities on their phones, assuming they are
properly configured. They can send and receive emails, set up meetings, work on reports, and other
functions they might otherwise perform at their workplace.
Timely
— Average lifespan of a smartphone: A smartphone has an average life span of 2.58 years. According to
reports, iPhones last 4-10 years, while Samsung phones last 3-6 years. Many factors affect a
smartphone's lifespan, including the condition of the screen, the hardware, and the battery's health.
