Stable Upload/Download of 500 kbps+ Do not use 2G connections

INTERNET
Try using Broadband Avoid unstable 3G/4G connections

Ensure that you are in quiet room

If you can’t avoid the noise, please take the test later
SURROUNDINGS
Ensure that you are alone, and you phone is away and in silent mode

Ensure that your face is brightly lit, with no bright background light

Please restart your Internet Modem/Router

HARDWARE Ensure that you are using a good quality Wired Mic

Ensure that your machine is connected to the Power supply/UPS

Please restart your machine before you take the test

SOFTWARE Close all unnecessary applications that consume Internet, CPU, RAM

Ensure that Google Chrome is up to date, and all plugins are disabled
 DURING THE TEST

Ensure that you complete the test in a single go

Ensure that you are always visible in the camera throughout the test

Ensure that you are not taking any external help throughout the test
