Please note the following points carefully before attempting to answer the questions online.

1. The mock exam is mandatory to be taken by all Candidates before the LIVE exam. However mock
exam score will not have any impact on your final score. It’s done for system feasibility check.
2. This exam is a remote proctored enabled exam.
3. The exam is been continuously monitored remotely.
4. For any technical assistance, please contact the designated technical support numbers. In case
you find the line busy, please call again after 5 minutes.
5. If test stops in between please do not panic. Re-login after 3-4 minutes. The test will resume from
where it stopped.
6. Please start the exam at the scheduled start time without any delay.
7. Exam should be taken on Desktop/Laptop only.
8. Use of Calculator is not allowed during the examination.

This exam will run only on Windows Operating System.

1. Web Camera Webcam must have a minimum resolution of 640x480 @ 15 fps.

Webcam may be internal or may be external and connected to the
computer. The camera must run natively in the OS and not with
help of other software.

1. Microphone Built-in microphones are acceptable, as are external microphones.

1. Screen resolution 1024 x 768 and above

1. Internet 2 MBPS or more – dedicated and continuous connectivity. (Wired

or wireless networks) Candidate assessment taking terminals will
be directly connected to the cloud server.
Note: -
➢ Test should be attempted only on the Laptop /Desktop that is enabled with the required
minimum system requirements that have been shared in the test guidelines. You are advised
not to use Mobile /TAB for the test taking purpose.
➢ Ensure you are taking the test in allocation in a quiet place with no noise in the background,
and ensure you have proper background light.
➢ Do not switch to different window /minimize test window during the test as that will have
an impact on your score.

Do's and Don'ts for Home based Examination

✓ Home based examination delivery system monitors test conduct using webcam, Mic and
screen share. Candidate appearing for the exam is mandated to follow guidelines as
mentioned below.

✓ The webcam must be installed strictly in front of the face, do not install the camera from
the side as this is not allowed.

✓ The face must be fully framed, and no partial or complete exit from the camera's
field of view is permitted.

✓ The face should be in the centre of the webcam's field of view during the entire session.

✓ Candidate face should be evenly lit, there should not be light source behind candidate
face.

✓ Hair, clothing, hands, or anything else should not cover the face area.

✓ Sunglasses not to be worn during the test. Only transparent lenses are allowed.

✓ There should not be any other people in the room.

✓ It is prohibited to leave the workplace during the examination.

✓ There should not be voices or noise in the background during the test.

✓ The exam must be taken in a browser with a full screen window. You cannot switch to
other applications (including another Browsers/Browser-Tab) or minimize the browser.

✓ All programs e.g. skype, zoom etc. or applications like MS Teams etc. that use the
webcam, mic & screen share should not be used during the test.

✓ The materials and contents of the examination should not be recorded in any way.

✓ Do not use unfair means during examination like mobile, other app support, using
google etc. It can result in disqualification.
