NOTICE OF ELECTION

Notice is hereby given that -

(l) An election is to be held of a member to the House of the
people/...)O(X... Legislative Assembly/...)O(X... Legislative
Council in the 20-Rajgarh Parliamentary constituency;

An election is to be held of a member (s) to the council of States /

(2) Nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or by any of

his proposers to the Retuming Officer or to Shri Gulab Singh
Baghel, Assistant Returning Officer at Collector Court Room No.
106 (First Floor) Joint Collectorate Building' Rajgarh between
11:00 A.M. and 03:00 P.M. on any day (other than public holiday)
not later than the 19 April 2024 (Friday);

(3) Forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and times
aforesaid;

(4) The nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny at Collector

Court Room No. 106 (First Floor) Joint Collector Building'
Rajgarh on 20 April2024 (Saturday) at 11:00 A.M.;

(5) Notice of withdrawal of candidature may be delivered either by a

candidate or by any ofhis proposers or by his election agent who
has been authorised in writing by the candidate to deliver it to
either ofthe officers specified in paragraph (2) above at his office
before 03:00 P.M. on the 22 April2024 (Monday);

(6) In the event ofthe election being contested, the poll will be taken
on 07 May 2024 (Tuesday) between the hours of 07:00 A.M. to
06:00 P.M.;
