STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE

TUBE SEALING MECHINE

Plug into the power supply of 230Volt single phase

1) Press the On/Off Switch to power on the machine

2) Set the Timer as per your efficiency.

3) Set the desired temperature with the Digital Temperature controller (Push the
left button simultaneously rotate the knob to sent the temperature).

4) Adjust the height of the Tray according to the height of the tube

5) Keep the tube on Hot Bar and press the pedal till the buzzer is on for sealing the
tube.

6) Just after sealing keep the tube on the batch coding jaw and press the pedal till
the buzzer is on.

7) Once the Batch coding is done use the tube cutting device to trim the edge of the
tubes of finishing.
