SAMANTELA, CESO V Schools Division Superintendent SUBJECT: FINALIZATION AND PRESENTATION ON THE PREPARATION OF STRATEGIC PLAN: SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN (SIP) FOR SY 2023-2028 DATE: March 5, 2024 1. Relative to Regional Memorandum No. 164 s. 2024 dated February 13, 2024, and following DepEd Order no. 024, series 2022 titled Adoption of the Basic Education Development Plan 2030, the SDO Camarines Sur -SGOD Planning and Research Section will conduct a Finalization and Presentation of Strategic Plan: School Improvement Plan (SIP) for SY 2023-2028 to selected Core SIP Team on March 12, 2024, 1:00 pm at the Bulwagan ng Karunungan, 3" Floor Division Office, San Jose, Pili, Camarines Sur. 2. This activity aims to: a. ensure the alignment of the schools’ strategic plans with the Basic Education Development Plan (BEDP), DepEd’s MATATAG Agenda, Regional Development Plan (REDP), and Division Education Development Plan (DEDP); b. guide the selected school heads in the finalization and appraising of their strategic plans in the school aligned to the Division Development Plan (DEDP}; assess SIP using the Appraisal tool by the Assessors team; and submit the finalized and presented strategic plan of school improvement plan (SIP) as an output of the workshop. ao 3, The SIP Core Team shall bring a laptop, extension wire, and hard copy of the SIP for signature of the Schools Division Office Planning Team (SDOPT) headed by ASDS in SGOD. The expected participants in this activity are the Schools Division Office Planning Team, SEPS and Planning Officer of Planning and Research Section, SEPS in School Management Monitoring and Evaluation (SMME), the selected six (6) school heads and designated School Planning Officer (SPO) who would oversee the roll-out and the implementation of the SIP crafting for six (6) years. Teachers are not allowed to attend/or alternate representatives of the school heads. This serves also as a travel order/locator slip of the listed participants. 5. The Schools Division Office Planning Team which is composed of (a) the Assistant Schools Division Superintendent; (b) the School Governance and Operations Division Chief; () the Curriculum and Implementation Division Chief; (d) Public Schools District Supervisor; (e) Division Budget Officer; (9) Planning Officer shall perform the final evaluation of the submitted School Improvement Plan from the school to the division office. 6. _ Likewise, the School Planning Team (SPT) comprises (a) a School Head; (b) a student representative; (c) a teacher representative; (d) a parent representative; (e) a Barangay /LGU representative; (f) a member of BDRRMC; (g) member of School Child Protection Committee; (h) Representative from School Governance Council (SGC); (i) Designated Planning Coordinator; (j) Designated Planning Officer /Designated finance officer/BEIS Coordinator; (I) For IUs: disbursing officer, senior bookkeeper. 7. The submission deadline of SIP SY 2023-2028 will be on or before March 15, 2024, through the email address haz jeped.gov.ph. 8. The enclosures are the following: a. Enclosure 1: List of Participants b. Enclosure 2: Composition of Schools Division Office Planning Team (SDOPT) and School Planning Team (SPT) c. Enclosure 3: School Improvement Plan (SIP) Template d. Food and travel expenses incurred relative to the conduct of this activity shall be charged to the MOOE and local funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 10.
