OBJECTIVE: -

The basic objective of this research project is to gain knowledge and to do comprehensive
study on contingent contract and to find out different dimensions of contingent contracts. The
topic deals with condition precedent.

RESEARCH QUESTIONS:

 What contracts are said to be contingent contract?

 How contingency depend on act of party?
 What are event collateral to contract?
