TOPIC: SOME PEOPLE THINK THAT WORKING IN A NEGATIVE

WORKPLACE FOR MONEY IS BAD. DO YOU AGREE OR DISAGREE?

I completely agree that working in bad conditions for money is unpleasant and
unsustainable. Although money is a vital aspect of life, putting it first without regard to the
work environment can lead to significant consequences. Pressure from having to endure
an unhealthy environment, internal conflicts, and work pressure can cause stress and
affect the mental health of workers. When the environment is unstimulating and
unsupportive, workers can lose focus, reduce creativity, and feel demotivated in their daily
work.

A toxic workplace can be defined by signs such as the supervisor or coworker being
overly passive, prejudiced, harassed, or discriminated against.
In terms of coworkers, they accompany and assist each other in order to help the firm
flourish, but what would happen if every day we went to work and always felt bored just
because of our colleagues? Do not help each other, form unfair competition groups,
defame and isolate members, and disagreements grow day by day. Over time, it can lose
your enthusiasm and no longer want to wholeheartedly devote yourself to your work.
It would be bad to work in a place where the manager is always rigid, and authoritarian,
and does not respect, listen and understand his employees' opinions. When leaders at all
levels do not have a common voice with employees, it will reduce the employee's personal
development and commitment time.
Most of us spend the majority of our day working, if 8 hours of a day is filled with
negatives this can have a significant impact on your mental health and lead to high levels
of stress and burnout. furthermore, which promotes negative workplace behavior and
damages organizational effectiveness. This will cause a loss of cohesion between
employees, reduce productivity, and inhibit creativity and innovation.
Working in an unconstructive milieu will make employees disappointed, always wanting to
look for a new job or ask for a salary increase. It will increase training and new recruitment
costs, affecting revenue.
The fact that we silently endure working in a negative environment as well as tacitly
support the company to continue to maintain this situation further, if there is no event to
wake up to stop these behaviors, many companies will have the ability to imitate and
follow and the social not be able to develop if more and more companies have this
negative form of work.

In choosing between money and mental health, careful consideration is necessary.

Working just for the money may bring short-term benefits, but for long-term health and
happiness, a positive and healthy work environment can be much more important.
