reduces the need for travel, saving both time and money. Team members
can collaborate without being in the same physical location, which is
especially beneficial for organizations with remote or globally distributed
teams.

For a videoconference we need a computer, webcam, microphone,
computer speakers or Headphones, internet Connection, VoIP,

VoIP technology has revolutionized the way people communicate,

4. What is the difference between web chat rooms and instant
messaging ?
Web Chat Rooms: These are online platforms where multiple users can

room on a specific topic or theme, and messages are visible to everyone

Instant Messaging : is usually a one-on-one communication method,
allowing private conversations between two users. Some instant
messaging platforms also support group chats, but the scope is generally
