SDGs, across law, policy and science

• Advise policy leaders, law-makers and business on rules, standards and methods to assess and align
national and local laws with the SDGs
• Assist countries and communities, including observers, to strengthen international regimes and their
implementation for the SDGs
Dispute settlement – across many courts and tribunals
• Engage with State to State advisory opinions and disputes in the ICJ, PCA, ITLOS, WTO / Trade
Tribunals and other forums
• Take up State to Other disputes in human rights courts such as IACHR, ECHR, ACHR, regional courts such
as CJEU and CCJ, under dispute/complaint mechanisms in international accords/organisations such as
Aarhus, Escazu, World Bank inspection Panel, and investment tribunals under ICSID or UNCITRAL rules
