ABSTRACT: - We present the ixora soil fungal growth in rhizosphere. The day-by-day growth is measured and the growth we have seen during
the practical the we put it here. We grow the fungi by ourselves.
INTRODUCTION: - Ixora, scientifically known as Ixora coccinea is a species of flowering plant in the Rubiaceous family. As we know fungi
growth on artificial media can form in different colony shape, size, and colour. Colony size enhance day by day attaining the full growth at definite
period of time.
METHOD: -
1. collected the sample of the soil
2. prepare the czapek dox ager in to the three plates in advance
3. take the soil sample and diluted for the 4 to 5 time
4. take the 0.1ml soli solution from the first plate
5. take 0.1ml of soli solution from the 2,3, and 4plat
6. plate is sealed with Para film to avoid the contamination
7. incubate the plate up-side down at room temperature (25+ -1 °c) for at least 5 to 7 days
8. at regular intervals of 24 hrs. measure colony diameter of the fungi from the four corners
of growing on media using measurement scale or Vernier caliper
9. write down the result and form the table. RESULT:
REPLICATE REDIAL DROWTH AT DIFFERENT INTERVALS
