1) Consider a wired LAN setup in your computer, used for file sharing purpose. Analyze the
structure of the network and its topology. Identify the network parameters that have an impact
on the performance of the network.
2) Consider the case of Cable TV operators, where they give Dish facility for multiple customers
using OFC cable and help them view multiple TV channels. List out the difficulties in
providing reliable service to their customers and maintaining QoS with focus on Transmission
impairments.
