Exam.VIl/2024/12 dated 8th April, 2024, regarding the filling up of examination
forms for Semester-I/II/Ill/IV/V/VI Regular/NCWEB students (Annual Scheme Part-
1/11/Ill) for all U.G. & P.G. prograns for the Academic session 2019-2020, 2020-2021,
2021-2022, 2022-2023 & 2023-2024, issued by University, is for informatic>nal
purposes only.

Center to comply with the instructions outlined in the .notification. It is the

Regular/NCWEB students (Annual Scheme Part-I/II/Ill) for all U.G. & P.G. programs for
the Academic session 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023 & 2023-2024.

form for Semester-I/II/Ill/lv/V/VI Regular/NCWFB students (Annual Scheme Part-I/II/Ill) of
UG and PG Programmcs for those students who could not fill Examination Forms for the
Academic Session 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023, 2023-2024 has been
opened as a special measiire.

2 l`he conccrnL`d students i`an submit their Fxamination Form/alongwith the requisite fees latest
by 30.04.2024 (Tuesday) till 5.00 p.in. Examination Branch has created a portal for the
sludcnl and Faculty/ Department/ College for submitting the Examination Form and
vi`rlhcation thereof respectively for all U.G and P.G. programmes including NCWEB (Annual
Sclirme Part-I/II/Ill) for examination session November-December 2019, May-June 2020 and
Novcmbcr-December 2020 & May-June 2021, November-December 2021 & May-June 2022,
Novcmbcr-December 2022 & May-June 2023, November-December 2023 only. The link for
